I had the exact same experience as the last person who rated this company. The technician, let's call him "Joey" came out to service my refrigerator. "Joey" (by the way, I have shoes older than "Joey") went to the refrigerator, removed the kick plate and told my wife that the coils are dirty and that was the problem. He didn't do anything else. He simply said it would be $60. He never moved the refrigerator out, never checked the thermostat which was the issue, nothing! I spoke with "Joey" over the phone and told him that he should have checked the thermostat or at least do a diagnostic on the fridge. Joey's reply to me was "Oh so you're a refrigerator technician now?" I simply asked for his office number and would handle it that way. When speaking with, let's call her "Kiara" she explained to me that the technician Joey" diagnosed the problem and didn't offer much of anything else. To be honest, this company is a waste of time and don't waste your money dealing with them. They are unprofessional, rude and clueless. Rich

Tried to charge $8670.00 for a work that wasn't needed - all I needed was a new faucet!
I called ProServ (702-656-4500), told them I had low water pressure in the kitchen and that the yard was getting flooded (I thought I had a slab leak or something). A guy who claimed to be the owner, Bruce, told gave me service order receipt for $4750 for 10 outlets in the house, $1720 for Drywall and paint, and $2200 for pressure regulator, main valve and back flow valve. I didn't pay (I'm not crazy) and fixed a sprinkler that was leaking and replaced the kitchen faucet - all is fine now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRAUDSTERS for sure!
