Just to start off, Tom is a great guy....the other review is obviously one of the competitors in town because he has had that issue before...i wont name any names but just so you, as the reader know. Now - i get parts from him all the time and if i buy something that is defective he just swaps it out just like he said he would... refunds arent given on anything electrical...even wal-mart. Also, Salvage yards do the same thing... only replacements on electrical components because some people out there 'hose' or burn out something they replace themselves or just use it to trouble shoot and then take it back trying to get a refund...which isn't fair to the owner because it waste his time and takes a risk on getting the faulty computer part back instead of what he sold them. I have had no issues with him...he's honest and has good prices. I'm not associated with him except that I buy stuff from him regularly and have to say that he has always comes thru. I cant speak for other people but do recommend him for buying used LCD monitors, Laptops...you know, stuff that you don't necessarily need to buy new because you just need to get to the next quarter...heck - i work for a small business and we are low on money half the time when the public cant spend money. Just my 2 cents Ben - IT Guy @ a local oak ridge business p.s. - also read some of the other google reviews...see what a multitude of people are saying and go form there.

Worst Computer Store in Oak Ridge
After using this buisness for over a year i have decided to stop going there. I have spent hundreds of dollars there to always get the same lame excuses. Bottom line, it's a rip off! Not only does the owner operator not stand behind his work, he doesn't give you a reciept for the cash you pay him or refund any money, he gives you store credit which he displays no sign to advice you what will happen when you try to return the deffective stuff you purchase from him. Bad service, non working recycled parts are all you will find in his inventory. I have lost buisness customers and lots of money dealing with this company and i just want to warn people to stear clear unless you want to be the next victom.
