BEWARE THIS OFFICE! I got into an accident after putting full coverage on my vehicle and they refused to pay anything. They claimed I never asked for full coverage and denied that it was ever on so I got stuck fixing everything myself! He claimed he never would have put coverage on my car because it was too old, but why would that matter when I asked for it? He also claimed it wouldn't have ever been put on unless they took photos of my vehicle, WHICH THEY DID and he later even admitted to. He then avoided all my phone calls and never returned any messages. This guy is a crook and only wants to take your money and never give you anything for it. Even worse when I canceled my policy they harassed me about it and then charged my account anyways causing 3 overdraft fees on my account. He never returned phone calls when he promised he would and he lied to my face.YOU WILL REGRET USING THIS INSURANCE AGENT.
