If it would let me give them zero stars I sure would. Complete and total trash living here. Absolutely filthy. Infested with bugs and management is a joke. They don't return phone calls, Emails, Letters. Nothing. They just take your money. You are better off spending the extra $100-$200 dollars a month and moving somewhere cleaner without trashy neighbors, homeless men sleeping in the laundry rooms and neighbors who hang up Islamic flags on memorial day and your own private entrance because the common area is atrocious. I had to contact the attorney generals office and department of state to step in and handle matters. Save yourself the headache from this nightmare and do not move here! So not worth the 1300 a month esp considering they don't even have a gym or a pool.

I was very impressed
I was scheduled to move into the Fairfield in North Patchogue on Sat July 3rd. Due to a delay in the previous tenants vacancy I was told that this would not be possible and my move in date had to be pushed to Wed July 6th. Of course, I was all... (More) I was scheduled to move into the Fairfield in North Patchogue on Sat July 3rd. Due to a delay in the previous tenants vacancy I was told that this would not be possible and my move in date had to be pushed to Wed July 6th. Of course, I was all packed and ready to leave my previous home on July 3rd, I had nowhere to go if I could not move in the apt. The leasing consultant and property mgr moved mountains for me to get me in the apt on Sat. They were able to get the apt painted, carpets cleaned and moldings replaced in a single afternoon. The leasing consultant cleaned the entire apt for me on Fri night (not something required of her). I was amazed and grateful that such dedication was shown to me and am honored to be a resident of Fairfield. They went above and beyond to get me into the apt in less time than it normally takes and on a holiday weekend. In addition, the linoleum floor in the kitchen was replaced as promised within the week. The apt complex is beautiful, quiet, and clean.
