What a jerk!

I inquired with the owner of spencer & snell pertaining to a minor repair on a fossil watch. This gentleman laughed at me and explained that it wasn't considered repair, and that he could not put his other customers work on hold to simply pop the back onto a watch. He proclaimed to be working as a jeweler for 32 years, but seemed clueless as to how long it would take to put the back on this watch. From most research, it takes 15 seconds with the proper jewelers tools, and anyone with that much experience should have known that. This man is an arrogant fool who has lost my business, and the business of anyone I know in the Pekin area, and I've been there my entire life. Do not take your valuables here!
