Bought 4 new tires from D & W last week, the guy broke my tire pressure sensor while taking off the old tire. The idiot's laid the sensor that they broke inside my new tire. When I went back for the new sensor, the old one was busted all up. Hopefully they didn't damage the tire. They put a new sensor in the tire but could not get it to work. After 3 trips ( lot of time and gas wasted) they finally told me they couldn't fix it and to take it to the Toyota dealer ( Toyota charged over $100). D&W refused to pay for the entire repair. On top of paying for new tires, I now have time, gas and a large repair bill because D&W crew does not know what their doing. If you have a vehicle with tire pressure sensor's, I would defiantly go somewhere that would back up their work and not leave their customers with a messed up vehicle. This is the third time for me to buy tires from D & W, but never again. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!!! be warned.
