Worst Lawyer
Unfortunately, this was my worst experience with a lawyer. He came to court unprepared, and forgot my papers with him. He did not represent my interests at all, the judge would not let me speak and he did not fight for my opinion to be heard. During the breaks instead of talking to me about the case he would talk with hes other clients on the phone. I ended up loosing case because my case, due to my lawyer not representing me at all. Also, he did not my ex-wife any question, he would only ask her or her witnesses questions when I would tell him what questions to ask. Also, when witnesses answers contradicted each other he would not take that into account nor point it out to the judge, when I would confront him about it, he would say it did not matter. When the court was over, my court order was that the child agreement stays the same, no changes were made whatsoever. Plus, the child support went up even more. I would not suggest this lawyer to anyone. I think I would have been better off if I represented myself and not him representing me.
