I paid this company ahead of time. Big mistake. Paid for a survey and plot plan and they came to stake the property and I wanted to be there so I took the day off to wait for them. They came and did ~1 Hour of work which involved no noticeable progress and said they would come back. They came back a few days later when I wasn't home and marked some of the property but never marked the rear corners of the property. When I called the company 5 times and left messages I got no calls back. I finally went down to the office where I delt with an old man that couldn't find my file and said that he would take my name and number and call me when thhey found it. I have received no plot plan, no calls, and my property is not completely staked. WHAT DID I PAY THESE GUYS FOR?
