For the cost of the service, there is very little actual customer service provided. There are different programs available for people but if you need to lose a serious amount of weight 40 or more pounds figure spending between 1200-1500 upfront on your first visit. Not much is included in that initial cost, required vitamins are extra, plus pills are extra, nutrients are extra, and other items that you are told will increase your weight loss are extra. To help off-set those costs weekly ‘specials’ are pushed by the people you are required to visit with five times a week for the first few weeks and then three times a week the remainder of the plan. I have not met anyone on any of the plans that were not recommended to use either the mic-lipo shots (extra cost) or special omega pills (extra cost) by the doctor that reviews the charts. In the six months plus that I have been on the plan I have never seen this doctor in the office. The doctor’s name is never given and there is no office reserved for a doctor. Someone else on the plan says they have actually met with a doctor—so this may purely be only my experience. Expect to wait in the waiting room for anywhere from 5 minutes on a good day to 30 minutes or more on a bad day—only to be seen for less than five minutes by a consultant who could care less about you or your weight loss---but who wants you to buy something from them at every visit. (A serious point of frustration since I work a full time job and have a life outside of dieting.) When I started the plan I lost between 1.5 and 2.5 pounds per week which I thought was pretty good. The consultants wanted me to lose 3 pounds per week or more---which sounded great to me. However, following the diet to the letter has not produced these results (ever). Although, 1.5-2.5 pounds still made me happy—the speech I started to get was that I needed to buy more weeks of weight loss and more nutrients, shots, . . . When I didn’t buy more my visits became even shorter and the feeling that they could care less either way severely increased. Currently, I am losing less than 1 pound per week. I want this to be an honest review so I will admit---I am so bored with the diet and hate the facility so much I have stopped eating at points in the last few weeks. Not eating is one of the reasons that I gain weight—my fault not theirs. When one of the administrators accidently gets my visit for the day they make suggestions or change my plan to help promote active weight loss again---but that is rare due to the way consultants are assigned.. Long story short—there are some pros; the plans make since, and the administrator and her assistant do seem to care if you lose weight or not. The cons however, seem to outweigh the pros; VERY expensive, other consultants could care less if you lose weight or not, lots of pills and shots involved, long waiting times, constant push to buy more products, and promised weight loss was not met prior to the last month.

(A serious point of frustration since I work a full time job and have a life outside of dieting.) Staff consultants literally only ask me three of five different questions on my visits; are you drinking your water, are you taking the plus pills, did you eat the nutrients yesterday, when will you be back in, and do you have any questions. I like that they ask do you have any questions, but they never have any answers to the questions. When I started the plan I lost between 1.5 and 2.5 pounds per week which I thought was pretty good. When the diet changes my weight loss will increase a little bit, but has not gotten back to the 2.5 pounds a week. Very depressing since I was supposed to be at my target weight three weeks ago and still have not met my half way point.
