Dr. Smart is very in tuned to each individual. He has a different approach to adjustments than I am used to having, very smooth and easy. I'm so glad I found his office. He also has some great massage practitioners in house. Drop in's welcome also.

I am always impressed by the genuine care and compassion that Dr. Smart, the LMP's, and staff at Life Force provide each time I go to get treated. My pain has decreased dramatically since starting treatment with Dr. Smart and I recommend that everyone try it. They also make payments easy and take my insurance, which is so convenient! They are wonderful people who truly care about getting their patients out of pain. If you have thought about getting Chiropractic care, or are unhappy with the current care you are receiving, go to Life Force - you won't regret it!

After suffering a herniated disc in mid-2008 I was very concerned about getting back into chiropractic treatment but after a year without, my back and neck told me it was time. In making the decision about where to go it was important to me to find someone who used a more progressive method. In doing a search for chiropractors in Poulsbo I found Life Force Chiropractic. In checking them on the web I saw that Dr. Smart was younger and therefore probably used the method I was looking for. I was right. Most of the procedures are done while you are standing. After one visit I noticed a difference in how I felt and have been going now for almost a year. Dr. Smart also provides instruction how to sit in a car and chair for long periods without feeling fatigue or suffering any pain. My husband and I took a 2 week road trip in October, 2009. I do all the driving so was very concerned about how I would feel. After following Dr. Smart's suggestion of elevating my hips above my knees I found that there was absolutely no fatigue after driving all day. And my back and neck didn't bother me either! Dr. Smith is very efficient - many times I am out and on my way before my actual appointment time. I rarely have to wait and I so appreciate that. They are conveniently located which enables me to fit in a visit while running errands Dr. Smart's wife, Tracy, is also a gem and keeps the office running, and Dr. Smart on track. I can't recommend them enough.
