Poor Customer Service.. Very bad attitude towards my dog!
I went to Nancy for over a year. At first, the staff was friendly and nice. My dog was groomed very well. But then, he started to hate to go there. She keeps her dogs leashed to the wall and they are expected to sit perfectly still without barking for over 3 hours. I was told over an over how bad he was. The customer service skills are very poor. I always felt like I was going to get in trouble when I went to pay my bill. I finally stopped going there when my dog came home with red marks on his belly area. I felt like they didn't want to take the time or care enough to be gentle with him. I was referred to this place from a family member. I really do think the quality of work is average, but the customer service and care of animals is poor. I know that most people only complain when there is a negative experience, but it is only to give all other consumers the right to choice and to know all the sides of a business.
