                          Worst customer service, STAY AWAY!

                          They said it would be 3 to 4 weeks and it took 8 weeks. When I called the guy cussed me and got an attitude. Calling your customers MFers is not going to get repeat visits. Very bad customer service. I will never go back. I will be using Van's from now on.

                            Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Back when Dewights first starting processing deer meat you could not ask for better customer service. My brother in law has been a dedicated customer for years and has sent many customers to Dewight. He was so dedicated he would bring his deer meat for processing all the way from Nashville TN. But since Dewights business has grown over the years the lack of custormer service skills have flown out the door. They messed up on an order and the order safety was also questionable. When brought to Dewights attention we were told if he stopped and talked to every customer for 10 mins a day he would never get any work done. That is understandable.. but this was not just about chatting. I was trying to bring to attention how badly they had messed up his order and the coloring of some of the meat was very questionable. I was told by Dewight that he now has over 4000 customer and he did not have time for me and my problem. So Dewights is now down to 3999 customers. I have sent him many customers and can just hope he treats them with more respect. I pay him good money to do a good job and I have to be treated this way...I don't thank so.
