I fubarred my bike and fouled out the carbs w/ water. Took the bike to the shop w/ everything included to have it worked on. The staff was awesome and my bike is running great now after a good clean out. Prices were good, saved me a lot of time from doing it myself. The only complaint I have is they did not return my sissy bar pad and claim no knowledge of it being there although they did return the hardware for it. The pad was put on the drivers seat when it was dropped off and during a call on the 5th of June one of their service staff said " Oh. the pad w/ the red bandanna?" ( I had not told him the color, so knew he had seen it), then the individual that worked on it swore up and down that I was lying. I contacted the store manager and he said that he would have the service manager get back to me , which never happened. The pad only runs about 50 bucks so the money is not really the issue but the lack of accountability on their part when a piece was misplaced really astounded me. The quality of workmanship is w/o question, just be very careful when picking up your ride and make sure everything is on it or you wont get it back. Good Day!
