Our sales experience was good but customer service and follow up to our sale was horrible. They also sold us a car that was an accident waiting to happen. Bought a 2002 car that looked good but found out 5 months later that they tires on the car were 8 years old and all four tires were ready to blow. We had a front tire blow out, it was scary. My daughter was in the seat beside me and after we replaced the tire with the spare (which was flat) we went to Fireston to see if the tire could be repaired. The tire could not be repaired and all four tires were ready to give out. Oh they had tread on them but sun & age compromised the condition of the tires. Well we called Carmax and asked if they would replace the tires since all four tires were 8 years old and should not have been sold on the car. Nothing ..... we had to replace all four tires ourselves. Very bad customer service. they did not even care. Could not believe the lack of customer service and the lack quality in car sales !
