Worked out ok
Today my experience was very pleasant. However I had been in twice before and felt that I was treated rudely and abruptly and was hesitant to go back but thought I`ll try one last time and I`m glad I did. The service yesterday was excellent.

I was real apprehensive coming in as we have had some marginal work before at this dealership. I decided to give it another try and only do a couple specials. So far....so good. Hopefully it will stay that way so I may get comfortable again.
