by 8bd177a2957648be3fdad6b50e905009 12/23/2011 Delicious cakes if one can get through on the phone to order. The email address is useless. I was told "she" does not check her email for orders and I have to speak to a live "person" by phone to order, which is impossible since all I ever get is voice mail. Had to visit the store to learn this information. Very poor communication with customers. All merchandise and item numbers are listed on the website, which are useless since orders can't be placed via email. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication.
