I waited 5 months longer than anticipated for this restaurant to open and then when it was open I went and was totally disappointed. There were servers running through the restaurant. The margaritas were production line quality and did not come from the bar but rather a machine in a back room. The beef in the tacos and other dishes was runny as if it had been boiled. The chicken in the enchalada was bland and undercooked. No good flavors at all. The rice and beans was just rice and beans you can get anywhere. They do not use the tried and true Chihuahua cheese that I wanted to see in the cheese appetizer but rather a blend of American cheeses. Go and try it for yourself. I hope your experience is better than mine.
