Mouse Busters
My husband and I hired Mouse Busters to get rid of the rats and rodents we have in our attic. We paid him $550.00 on 1.4.12 as a deposit. On 2.14.12; he assured me the rats were taken care of and "not to worry because you have a lifetime guarantee". "If they come back, we will take care of it, no questions asked". So; on 2.14.12 we paid him another 550.00. For a grand total of $1100.00. Long story short; it is May 9, 2012 and i was just woken up, again, by rats at 4am. I have tried to contact them several times over the past several weeks (via phone and text) and I have gotten no response. This is NOT a company that should be in business. Erin has no integrity nor does he undertand the meaning of the word "guarantee". I would have given Mouse Busters ZERO stars but I was requited by this website, to give them at least one.
