Awful service, lack of professionalism and care for the customer or their items. Do not properly treat the items because she is "too busy to notice". It would make sense if something wasn't able to get cleaned, but to lose a part of a product because you are "too busy" to properly prep the items? What a joke. It might be the only place in town, but I would mail my stuff to Canada next before I went back to her.
