Unlimited cakes but limited customer service

The cakes and cookies are tasty and beautiful but the women who owns the bakery is very unfriendly and rude. We were there just the other day and she was on the phone on a personal call and tried to wait on us while talking on the phone. Someone else walked in and at that point she stepped back and made us all wait until she finished her conversation. We were a great big bother to her. Why on earth would someone who is selling their pricey treats these days be so angry and cold when customers walk in?? Her daughter is great though and when she is there it is a different place, warm and friendly. I understand that sometimes some customers can be difficult and even scary but when you have a business you need to know how to handle it all. Word of advice to the owner, hire help, you have no business working with the public.
