        MAKE SURE TO GET THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN WRITING BEFORE SIGNING: 1. How long the job will take. If job takes only 20–30% of estimated time that you are paying for on the contract (to justify what they charge), what will be the discount? 2. If a part has to be picked up, how many miles C.D. has to go to pick it up. This assures the customer an accurate fee for “traveling” to pick up a LOCAL part. 3. Get a separate service report for the job estimate. Make sure it has a “GRAND TOTAL.” 4.Customer must be allowed to inspect all old parts that Chimney Doctor replaces (dark video does not count!)
