            Hertz Rent-A-Car

            Worse place ever to rent a vehicle!! We were charged for damage coverage when we told the girl working in the office we did NOT WANT IT! I even had both my insurance company and the insurance company of the person who hit me call her and explain that it was covered. She told me several times that having my card on file was only in case the gas level was lower than what I received it. Complete LIAR! She charged my card and put my account into the negative. Now I am having difficulty getting reimbursed. NEVER, EVER go here!
