The worst repair ever on my county road

This company is supposedly putting shoulders on the road where I live. They have been at it 3 months only to do and redo and redo again the same tasks. I asked that they not scare my animals by honking of horns. After asking a contact at Hunter, I was outside when a worker drove by my front gate tapping his horn. I reported this. Then the whole crew backed their equipment around and around to make the loud warning sounds which are made by heavy equipment. The week of 1/25/11, the road grader needlessly sent tons of dirt in the air over my fence line. When I went out to see what they were doing, the sweeper sent as much dirt onto ME as I stood there. The sweeper had put dirt back onto the road so that every truck driving by showered my animals and buildings with dirt. This was not to accomplish anything except to harass me. I am a senior citizen trying to supplement my income. I thought this was a professional company, but now am afraid of the employees. I am not told the truth when I ask anything and am afraid to leave my property when they are working nearby.
