I just became aware of this post. It is unfortunate that she felt she needed to trash me over this. And all of this because she would never pay me the $200 she owed me. She fell on hard times and had a medical issue to deal with so I let it go for over a year. I would send the invoice to her every six months or so and she said she would pay each time. She never did. The last six months the two phone numbers and email addresses I had for her no longer worked. I had no way of contacting her. She totally disappeared. Any other company would have taken the web site down many, many months sooner for non-payment of work done. I still let it run for a few more months waiting for her to contact me. I created the web site for her professional broadcast video work to be displayed and hosted it on my website for free. She asked me to make some modifications to make the web site look better and to add a few new video segments. This latter part required taking VHS tapes and converting them to a digital format, editing them and creating a piece for the web site. The amount I charged her was at a discounted rate, as was all of the work I did for her for the few years I worked with her. The sad part is she is very good at what she does and I had a lot of respect for her professionalism and skill set, especially her work with teenagers.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I paid Alan Britton of Britton productions more than $1,100 for a shoot job he performed inadequately. We didn't ever use what he shot. Later, he set up a website for me displaying my career's work. It was set up for potential employers as I needed to cease my teen self esteem broadcast company as a sponsor had failed to deliver. I needed to get consisten income. So Alan made a quick website of videos I provided. He and I discussed the hard times. I paid him $150 and that's all the quality deserve. But he wanted to charge me $300. So I told him I'd pay him, hopefully, within a certain amount of time. He said, "Don't worry about it. Pay me when you can." Next thing I know, a very interested potential employer called to inform me the website with my work was "dead." I contacted Alan. He told me he'd "put (my) tapes and CDS on his porch and to come pick them up." I pleaded with him, noting he should have told me he was killing my site. He was rude and unprofessional. Do NOT use this company.
