      They built my pool this spring and it is GORGEOUS!!! The service was friendly, the workers were clean and neat and the price was fair. My children have been enjoying the pool and can't wait until the last day of school to have their first pool party!

        TERRIBLE SERVICE, HONESTLY THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND THE OWNER IS VERY SEXIST. THEY ROB YOU WITH FIGURES AND TAKES FOREVER FOR THEM TO GET THINGS DONE RIGHT, DO NOT USE THEM

          NO STARS! Dont Bother-They have More Business THAN THEY CAN HANDLE

          On Thurs I called a few places looking for a new pool cleaning service. I expressed the urgency of my need and I was contacted by a gent who offered to come on Sat. I thought my kids and I would be relieved to have someone who would come, but we were left high and dry - NO SHOW NO CALL. I was left simply amazed at the obvious lack of regard for business in this economy - 3 DAYS Later, I was awakened by a call from a woman in their office asking if I "still wanted" them to come today (Tues). She offered no apologies - Now an apology would have hidden the fact that they DONT CARE at all about leaving customers waiting around for nothing. I could have easily called someone else if they were so backed up. When I expressed my disappointment in the complete absence of professionalism, and total lack of regard for me and my family, she simply repeated that she "understood". The issue is that I, the potentially paying consumer, DIDNT "Understand" how they could just just NOT SHOW UP or even offer a quick call to reschedule before now. Obviously indicative of how the summer weekly service would be, I said "NO we're good".

            NO STARS! Dont Bother!! They have more Business Than They Can Handle

            On Thursday I was seeking a new pool cleaning service and I expressed the urgency of my need for a service provider. I thought i was happy to find this company that would come on a Saturday. Knowing that we were anxious, NO CALL NO SHOW and 3 days later on Tuesday at 8am I was awakened by a call from their office. They offered no apologies whatsoever for leaving us high and dry without a word, and expected to be rewarded for that by being given our business, and providing service to us on Tuesday. She simply stated that her guys were busy and they had trouble attending to all their regular customers, and wanted to know if I still wanted them to come out. An apology would have hidden the fact that they DONT CARE. I expressed my disappointment in the complete absence of professionalism and total lack of regard for leaving us waiting - I could have certainly contacted another service provider - but she still made no apologies and simply repeated that "she understood". They were not bothered that as a consumer I Didnt understand why my kids and I were left waiting all day for a No Show.
