im mentally challenged and needed a ride a friend said to call island hoppers aka careavan transportation of sabatian i got a hold of a wonderful person she under stood all my transportation needs and set me up with a appt.The driver was very nice and respectful to me and checked me in to the doctors and came back for me.

i had made arrangements with a friend to take me to my doctors appointment but then her car had mechanical problems she recommended Island Hoppers Taxi and so i called and told them i needed a ride to my doctors appointment and they showed up 30 minutes early and got me to my doctors appointment on time ...they even waited for me ....the driver offered me water that was no cost to me .....they was so polite and courteous ..i would recommend them to anyone who needs a resonable taxi service

Great service , reasonable rates . I have used them both locally and for trips to Orlando airport. Nice clean vans. Friendly , courteous drivers. When I went to the airport I had quite a few bags , the driver was very helpful loading and unloading my bags for me. Will definetely use them again.

The service was fantastic . I booked 1 week in advance , and they called me the day before my departure to verify. Very friendly and courteous. Definetely recommend them!
