People are too hard on Ron. I lived here for two years and will be moving out next month... no while this may not have been my favorite place to live (mostly because of our mentally unstable 80 year old neighbor that knocks on my door at 3am to walk her cat.. yes i said cat) things around here are not that bad. Kevin may be slightly trapped in the 70's, but i adore that about him. For as inexpensive as it is here I think its a great deal. The manager, Ron Ames, tries his hardest to keep everyone happy, and most issues with the apartment were fixed with in a day. I have NEVER had a landlord as lenient and laid back as ron. So long story short.. your broke, its a fine place to be. My apartment was NEVER broken in to or my car damaged.

Ron Ames is a horrible apartment manager. He tells us all the dirty gossip on all the other neighbors. Who hasn't paid yet and how long they have been living there basically rent free. He doesn't like conflict. There is never any parking spots. The lawn is mowed maybe 3 times all summer, and I don't even want to go there about winter. He says dogs must weigh less than a certain amount but there are dogs of all sizes and shapes. The maintenance man treats you horribly and makes you feel like you are stupid. There is black mold in the bathroom and the laundry closet. They come in and out without any announcement, but they do give notice when inspections will be. It is really alarming how horrible this place is ran. They raise your rent every year and the excuse of convenience is always the answer given. I think this is a nice apartment but needs to be ran more professionally. I have lived in extremely nicer places than this and have paid way less in rent. The price in rent is once again due to the extreme convenience of the complex. It is a nice looking ghetto and half of the employment of Wal-Mart lives here. Winter time is extremely BS. I couldn't get out of my parking at all, I had to shovel my way out. There wasn't any parking in the winter, they made you park over in the Home Depot parking lot often. The side walk was never shoveled or taken care of. It should have been salted daily but it was dangerously icy. I slipped twice. One of those times it ended me on crutches and at Munson Medical Center. DO NOT RENT THIS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PRIVACY VIOLATED.
