Worst customer service EVER!
Customer satisfaction is the LAST priority on this company's list, which is why their prices are so low. I ordered an item from them three months ago and didn't receive it. The item is in stock at a warehouse ten miles from my home, but their shipping carrier can't deliver it and they are unwilling to find a carrier that will. They wouldn't allow me to arrange a pick-up either. In the three months I waited for the item I never once got the courtesy of a phone call or email to let me know what was going on. I offered alternative suggestions for them to get me my item and they wouldn't do anything to try and help me. This company could probably do more to fulfill their customers' needs, but since that would take time and trouble they prefer to sit on their behinds and cause inconveniences for the customer. Even though the prices are low and shipping is free I DO NOT recommend doing business unless you want to wait a really long time for something that may or may not arrive.
