        Tan Your Moon

        I went to the store to purchase a package for my daughter's birthday. After purchasing the package, I requested something to put in her birthday card since I was using it as a gift. The clerk started to give me a business card but another girl came up and filled out a different card. I had purchased packages before as gifts. Never was told we needed to present a gift card! Manager refused to honor the package which was entered into the computer even though I have my canceled check to prove it was purchased AND CASHED! I requested my money back, but was told, by the manager, he would not do it since I seemed angry. I was extremely shocked and offended by the tone and attitude of the manager and did become frustrated! Will never go there again and recommend no one else does! Too easy to just refund my money and call it good. Manager would rather be difficult and risk his business' reputation. Lots of choices in tanning salons. Pick a different one!

          Friendly Staff. Fast service. the Lights are always on in their beds. Only place I go. and they have convenient locations.
