Www Okspcc Com LLC will prepare your spill plan as required by the EPA to prevent operators from being fined. Since 1973, the EPA has required all Oil and Gas Owners and Operators of non-transportation related to have a comprehensive Spill Plan for both onshore and offshore facilities. Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasures (SPCC) spill plans must be in place to prevent oil and saltwater spills into navigable waters of the United States. To document environmental compliance, EPA inspectors require SPCC and Annual Inspections, and Training of personnel records must be made available. Richard L. Dollar has been an Oil Field Production & Drilling Consultant since 1973. He has prepared thousands of spill plans for over 450 Oil and Gas Firms from Canada to the Gulf. Mr. Dollar knows what the EPA requires and prevents Operators from being fined. When Mother Nature or a landowner brings the EPA to a lease, an operator needs to be compliant.
