HORRIBLE
Please steer clear of these people. I have never met such unprofessional and rude people in an industry that involved children. I wouldn't allow these people to teach my dog to do a somersault. WE scheduled a birthday party, jointly with my friend and my friends daughter. It took us two months just to finish paying for it, then they changed the price. When I went to Maverick to talk about the pricing, I saw where my credit card number, name, security code, and zip code had been copied down on a piece of paper for everyone to see. I became upset, and when I did, I was kicked out of the building for being "loud and rude" The kicker is that I had a horrible case of laryngitis, and had absolutely no voice for which to be loud with. We ended up demanding refunds, which we did receive. When my friend went there so that her refund could be issued, they were equally as rude and abrasive to her. I definitely recommend taking your children somewhere else in Weatherford for a birthday parties. There are places that are more cost efficient, that include more in the birthday party, and will not be rude to you.
