While I was out of town on vacation the manager, Annette Lorenz was seen coming in to my apartment stealing my stuff. This woman and her bi-sexual lover,tenant, Janelle Young needs to go to jail. Read other reviews on this site and other sites to learn what goes on around here. Janelle Young, Annette Lorenz's lover has put a review on this site full of jibberish, thinking that people won't read past it to see the other reviews about this place.

Myself and others needing repairs for over a year finally got them last week and we wondered why. Stoves repaired,some of the fridges replaced. We also wondered why the mgr.Annette Lorenz has stopped screaming at people. We now know,it is because the USDA Rural Development has heard about how mean and worthless she is. It has stopped for now but she will do it again as soon as they get thru with their audit. We hope someone will show them the video of her jumping up and down and screaming at one of tenants.

I do not understand why my Grannie's rent and just a few of her neighbors, have to pay more rent and pay the increase part of it in cash to the manager, Annette Lorenz. When I ask about it the manager screamed at me and told me to mind my own business. I also ask around to see if everyone had to pay more rent and pay it in cash and not everyone does, just a few. The next day after I went home she started bullying my Grannie. These people are to scared to speak out because they do not have any other place to go.

Twin Mountain tenants stay on your guard, This week the manager has been sucking up and making repairs to some of the tenants that she has really picked on in the past and she is making them sign off showing she has made the repairs that have been needed for many years. Probably means the surprises that we were told about at the last meeting have started. Yeah Mac McCoullogh our favorite city councel man.

manager says for my may rent i have to pay her in cash 75.00 more for my rent and the 75.00 has to be paid in cash to her but to write her a check for the rest of it. i have to pay or get out. this is not right and she will not fix my stove.

my bedroom light fixture will not work. and bathub is stopped up and will not drain. i told the manager 3 weeks ago and nobody ever come and fixed them. my bathtub still has water in it. i am scared to say anything more to annette lorenz about it after watching the video of her attacking a lady that lives here.

Manager Annette Lorenz came and knock on my door and told me my rent is being increased by $175.00. She told me I have to pay that part in cash to her and I better not tell anybody or complain about it. I said I would not so she told me to get out in 5 days. I have to do what she says because I do not have anywhere else to go and no relatives to help me. I told her a month ago that my icebox is not keeping my food cold and my oven will not work. She will not help. Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with the group that is trying to help?

I have fire ants all in my apartment and I have ask that my apartment be sprayed. The manager will not spray. Ants are every where. In the food in my pantry and in my bed. I said I would call the exterminator and pay for it my self and the manager screamed at me and said no. Can someone help me?

I live at Twin Mountain Manor and I was very happy living here before the manager,Annette Lorenz,was hired. When she was hired,those such as myself,that can not afford to move some where else, have been singled out and bullied. Unless you suck up to her,you will not get any repairs without being screamed at. If repairs are made she will charge us for the repairs and the money goes straight into her pocket. I have seen the video and it does show this trashy manager in full mode while attacking an old woman that lives here. Go some where else to live. Do not move here!! Thanks goes out to Peggy Hawkins

My screen door is all falling to pieces and my door bell has never worked. Most of my electric outlets will not work. My front porch light will not work and my stove is not working right. I have asked 5 times to have these things repaired and 5 times I have been screamed at by the manager,Annette Lorenz.
