This place is the worst!

Some of the apartments are nice and very cheap. That is where the nice parts of this building end. The residents constantly stop you in hallways and in elevators. They demand you prove to them you live there under the treat of calling the police. Several times my wife and I have had residents holding doors shut so we cant use our keys to get in until we prove that we live there. Awful people are in this building. The homeowners association is even worse. They never bother to return phone calls or email's when we are asking for their help. Even with small stuff like padding the elevator -- it is a rule that if you carry clothes or bags in the elevators you need to get it padded. So after ignoring your calls and emails for help, we decided to carry our old clothes out because clothes aren't going to damage the elevator. The association actually called my wife at 12 a.m. and threatened to sue her for carry clothes in the elevator. Incredible! The association wont even fix the human waste smell that is consuming the entire parking garage under the building. After one year of this harassment my wife and I are moving out. I hope this review will save you a headache and a lot of time.
