• Midwest High School is recognized by the (CEDA) Community & Economic Development Association of Suburban Cook County, Inc. (www.cedaorg.net) and is also recognized by Chicago State University,Prairie State College,Cook County President’s Office. Midwest High School is a accredited home correspondence school that allows individuals to obtain a high school diploma rather than a GED certificate. MTI’s program offers both youth and adult populations a second chance at experiencing what they may have missed because of dropping out of school. In anticipation of difficulties that may arise from participants doing home study, there are weekly study sessions held at the CEDA Ford Height Community Development Center, as well as at MTI.
