Customer service is horrendous, overcharge for product
Please, please don't reward this company with your business. The single staff member working on the weekend is quite possibly the worst person I have ever experienced customer service on. Not only that, he didn't give me the ten percent discount provided when you buy in bulk. I will never use this company again because they clearly don't train their staff, or don't care about it enough. There are plenty of box suppliers and auto rental places - use another franchise, just don't use this one! (heathbc888, 05/21/2008)
