Slashes of chrome, sleek metal tables and cool tile make this hot spot a den of din. The menu features hibachi meats, but the restaurant's hallmark is sushi. A crispy jalapeno roll pays homage to Texas, combining firm yellowtail, cream cheese and a spicy kick. The calamari roll marries tempura with avocado and cucumber; it's crunchy and sweet.
