Come join Scott Roskilly and Amy Myers for a partner yoga series. This class will bring you together with a friend, relative, or partner to explore the benefits of yoga. Not only will you find the increased strength, balance, and flexibility that solo practice provides, but also a focus on connected breathing and both verbal and nonverbal communication through touch during this one hour class. Bring a friend or family member and join us for this exciting exploration of the practice of yoga. All levels welcome. Pre-registration required. Please go to our website to register. bit.ly/uticpartneryoga Scott Roskilly and Amy Myers are certified yoga instructors who have been working in Dance, Fitness, Bodywork, and Movement exploration for over 10 years. Amy is also a licensed massage therapist as well as a professional modern dancer. Scott currently performs in movement theatre/dance in the Austin area as well as teaches yoga to fellow performers in the Austin community, from his private home studio, and Partner Yoga with Amy at Soma Vida Wellness Community.
