This class meets Wednesdays April 11, April 18, and April 25 from 6pm to 9pm.
Painting can be intimidating at first, but this class will ease you right in to creating art on canvas. Whether you have never painted before or if you are a seasoned veteran to painting, this class will open you up to many new ideas and art mediums.
We will learn about how to work with acrylic paints, watercolors, gouache, gesso, inks, acrylic mediums, and all sorts of other things that are fun to dip a brush into! We will even make our very own milk paint! Prepare for lots of fun and experimentation.
Supplies:
- Students must bring a tear-out pad of thick watercolor paper so that they can work with paints without the pages curling. Any size or type works--hot or cold press papers are both fine.
