Description

Lively Arts for Little Ones is a lively introduction to the arts for little ones through a series of 45-minute live performances. Ideal for children ages 2 to 5 and their parent or caregiver. October 26, 2012 Pam the Kindersinger and Rascal too! Interactive fun with original and familiar songs, dancing, puppetry and lots of humor while emphasizing the season. November 16, 2012 KidSinger Jim "Zoo in My Room" tells the story of a singing farmer and his family of backyard animals. KidSinger Jim plays his original songs and asks the children to dance and sing along to his catchy tunes. January 25, 2013 Anansegromma of Ghana An exhilarating and memorable performance of traditional west African music, storytelling and dance. Kids will learn about cooperation, courage, hope, caring and sharing. February 22, 2013 Cantare Take a journey back in time to experience the rich music and culture of Latin America. Tales and melodies from the Andes, the Rainforest, Central America and the Caribbean. You can sing, play instruments and participate in folktales. March 22, 2013 Chris Fascione, Storyteller Chris acts out children's contemporary and classical literature in a fast-paced, fun-filled performance. Participatory, high-spirited show incorporating his unique style of acting, storytelling and physical comedy. April 26, 2013 DineRock Join Mama Maiasaura and her baby dinosaurs, Crash Boom-Bam Sam the baby triceratops, Q.E. the Quetzalcoatlus kid, Doris the toddler Stegasaurus and Baby Rex as they sing original songs and dance their way through the magical world of dinosaurs. Tickets can also be purchased by visiting The Other Barn or at the door. Tickets are non-refundable.
