US Elite better value than other places

My son attended a different martial arts school in the area before coming to US Elite. When we came here the students were more disciplined and we really liked the more personal touch. He has always been a good student but not always able to concentrate, this year, for the first time we are looking at a straight A report card. We are really excited. With US Elite he has been able to focus more and is proud to get his work done. The pride and self respect that he is carrying over from martial arts to his school effort is amazing. All the students learn life skills, how to create friends, socializing and making smart decisions, developing respect. At the same time they are learning the physical aspects of martial arts and getting fitness, strength and conditioning. We would highly recommend this program to anyone we meet.

  Beyond our expectations

Our kids are both students here. Actually, karate was way low on things we wanted to do with the kids. They play a lot of sports and are involved in a lot of activities. When we read about what this school does and what the focus is we and came in and spoke with you and then saw it, was when we changed our minds, and both kids had to come. It's not about fighting at all. That is amazing. It's really about what it does for them personally. Within the two and a half months they've been here, they're picking up the room on their own. They get their laundry put in a basket. They're far more helpful. They are far more self-disciplined, just in their mannerisms with one another. When I introduce them to adults, they greet them and look them in the eye, things that they wouldn't listen to when I was trying to get them to do it previously. It's more of The Karate Kid movie karate, without the fighting.

  Losing weight at 53

I have lost more than 12 pounds in kickboxing at US Elite and I'm starting to fit into the clothes I wore 3, 4 yrs ago. As long as my pants are still in style I will be happy. I have so much more energy and I see and feel more defined muscles in my whole body especially in my legs. At my age 53, this program gets my metabolism working as fast as possible. This is the best whole body workout I have ever had and I am extremely happy here.

The best work out for a family

The best work out for a family or individually. I have seen myself lose weight and get stronger as my son is focussing better at school and no longer being bullied by the older kids. I like it here. I got my neighbor in here a few weeks ago and she absolutely loves it.

  US Elite is awesome

In previous years, my daughter was very shy. She didn't have a whole lot of friends. In fact, all of her birthday parties have been with family only. Now of course, her self confidence has risen to extremes. She has tons of friends. Now, it used to take her about 3 hours to do her homework every night. She now knows how to remain focused and doing her homework now only takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Lastly she just put on weight over the last few years. And from going to US Elite she is losing about a half a pound every week, and she has actually dropped a total of 7 pounds in the last 2 1/2 months.

I love working out at US Elite

I love working out at US Elite. There is a great group of people there that I train with. I've never done mixed martial arts before, and they taught me what I needed to know to get started, and I'm starting to feel like I know what I'm doing. It's really cool.

Thanks for the energy US Elite

I am an orange belt here and I really enjoy the classes, they are fun and are great exercise and a great way to get out some steam. It also works great on my concentration. We do take the workouts serious and at the same time it is a lot of fun. This boosts my energy so much it's incredible. If I skip a workout for the week I feel like I can't do anything my energy is down like lazy. The classes really make me exhausting and stronger than my last class.

I like the confidence my son is getting

When we first got here my son was very shy, very reserved, his self esteem was kinda on the low side and he never wanted to participate in sports, he much preferred the T.V. He was a child version of a couch potato. But now that he has been here, he likes to play with other children and try new things. He now picks up his things at home. He used to be uncoordinated and tripping over his feet, I now notice he is better at running and throwing the ball. This is a true improvement. Before US Elite, he wouldnít even say hi to anyone. Iím excited because he just won a Good Behavior Award at his School. He now gets lots of praise and compliments from my friends and family on how well behaved he is. Most people donít realize that being here at US Elite shapes you as a character in addition to the athletic part of it. He is on the path to being a strong, confident adult.

  Thank you US Elite

When I thought of karate before, I thought oh great, Power Rangers. The kids are going to be kicking and hitting each other all day long at home. That's not it at all. It's the character issues like you said. It's the respect for adults. It's focusing. It's doing things without being told. It's having self-control, it's less chaotic at home.

Martial arts has helped my son with ADHD

The Teachers at school were pushing my son, who is 11, to be in football. They thought that it would raise his grades. My idea was to make sure he could slow down, focus, be organized and learn about himself, how he acts, reacts, controls his body and emotions which has been accomplished at US Elite. Before he was an ADHD kid that took medicine. We are very happy that he NO Longer takes medicine thanks to his martial arts training here. I wish we would have signed him up a lot, lot sooner. This program is well put together with job lists, self discipline, and fitness that it has my children being more polite, calmer, and respectful. How can I even quote a price for what I think the program is worth? 2, 3 even 4x what I pay. The results I have gotten is really amazing. I definitely recommend US Elite to everyone.

Went from size 8 to 5/6 in kickboxing

After 9 months you become a new person. Everyone should have the self discipline to do classes for 1 year. Anything less than that allows you to quit on yourself. I held up the jeans I am wearing now against the old ones and couldn%uFF92t believe what a difference I have gone through in only eight months. In eight months I have lost a total of 13 inches. 13 inches!!!! I went from wearing a snug size 8 to now wearing a comfortable 5/6.

My son is more outgoing and confident

The things I like most about US Elite is the fact that when we first came here, I thought he was a little bit to shy.He needed to be a little more outgoing. Since we%uFF92ve started I%uFF92ve noticed my son has become considerably more outgoing, he%uFF92s gained in confidence, and he%uFF92s also gained in social skills. And at the same time, he%uFF92s developed himself physically. I%uFF92ve noticed his timing and his coordination have improved in his basketball skills also. I%uFF92m amazed by how they brought out the outgoingness and the confidence to say Hi and introduce himself to others. Now I see him waving at kids, and saying %uFF91Hello.%uFF92 That never happened 2 years ago.
