A YOUNG LADY NAME CHRISTINA WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE I HAD CALLED SEVERAL STORES, AND THEY WERE VERY UNWELCOMING AND NOT VERY INFORMATIVE, UNTIL I CALLED THIS STORE AT 5931 S. KEDZIE CHICAGO IL , AND THE YOUNG LADY ACKNOWLEDGE MY GREETING AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS WILLING TO LISTEN TO MY QUESTIONS AND TOOK TIME TO ANSWER THEM. I WISH ALL THE OTHER STORES WOULD PRACTICE GREETING CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE AND/OR ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ARE GREETING THEM. IT IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS AND MANY CUSTOMERS HAD STOP GOING BACK TO THE STORES, JUST BECAUSE SERVICE IS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, ALL DUE TO LACK OF FRIENDLINESS. I HOPE SOMEONE DOES READ THIS AND MAYBE SHARE THIS WITH ALL THE STORE MANAGERS. ALSO ONE MORE THING, THE STORES COULD USE MORE ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEES OR BETTER SPEAKING ENGLISH EMPLOYEES REGARDLESS THEIR NATIONALITY. I HOPE I CAN GET A RESPONSE AND I HOPE THE STORE GETS THEIR RECOGNITION, BECAUSE THEY ARE BILINGUAL AND SPOKE ENGLISH VERY GOOD AND WAS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE PROPERLY. IT WAS PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
