I had a procedure done that should of been covered fully with my insurance. This was never billed to insurance and I had no idea...but they ended up sending me to collections!! Now I have this $2000 procedure as a negative credit and NINA in the billing dept. is very rude, snobbish & unwilling to help fix this!! It is their fault this didn't get billed correctly in the first place!! Rather than DO HER JOB and answer my questions and help, she'd rather belittle my situation and try to pass this issue off on other staff members. Her supervisor, Carol, has been made aware of this unacceptable behavior...I don't know if that will make any difference. I am also writing a letter to the head of this organization to make them aware of this employee and her behavior. Having a bad day...fine...but EVERY time I speak with you...NO! If your job really isn't what you want to be doing FINE...let someone more courteous and grateful to be employeed have this position!!
