The store was clean. That was the only upside other than everything being a dollar. On the downside store manager is rude. She gives people a hard time about exchanges, breaking 50 dollar bills and sometimes even 20 dollar bills and coupons. This creates an unfriendly environment and I find myself trying to avoid going in there because it is a gloomy atmosphere. If there is another Dollar Tree near you I suggest you go there and avoid this one at all costs. Most not all but most of the medical items like hydro-cortisone cream and aspirin can be bought at Wal-mart next door at a cheaper price. 88-98 cents. There is also a Dollar Tree store in Fort Oglethorpe where the people are friendlier.
I overheard one employee talking with another employee in there. One of them had moved to Ringgold saying she had to get out of this hick town and we were all hicks here. Well you've lost this "hick's" business.
The manager there named Sherry is rude and a hypocrite. When we asked to put a flyer for a fund raiser on the door for our daughter for a medical illness she claimed the policy was that there could be no flyers on the door. We could put it on the post outside near the store but not on the door. The next week I saw a picture of "her" daughter I was told who was missing on the door. So if it benefits her she can put it on the door. If no flyers are allowed on the door then she shouldn't have been able to put hers up either missing daughter or not. Policy should be policy if that is really what it was. I don't shop there anymore.
