  Be Careful!!!!!!

I am writing this review as a very upset customer who got nothing, but lies and promises from this company. I was told that they would by able to have my Brazilian visa with in 5-7 days, but more than likely before. I was told not worry and relax that they would handle everything and I would be on my way to Brazil in no time. Meanwhile as I waited for my passport and visa to arrive or maybe a phone call of some sort to let me know as to the status of my visa, I got nothing I did all the follow up myself. Good luck getting them to answer the phone once they have your money. They have caller id there. I know this because I had my assistant call to ask if they were able to provide her a visa with in 3 days. She told them she would call them back. Then Michael calls back my office and asks if someone called and needs a visa. I got the phone at that point and wanted an explanation as to why he could get her 3 day visa, but he couldn't provide me mine with in the 5-7 days he promised. He blamed it on the Bazillion consulate (which I cannot wait for them to receive my letter of complaint to them in regards to this company Provisa). I heard there were security was tightened up, new employee being trained and my passport fell into a bad batch that couldn't get done on time. What makes this better is that I was told 3 days before my trip that they could pull my passport out from the Brazilian consulate at 5:00PM (they close at 4PM) if I wanted it back. The funniest part about this is the Brazilian consulate was closed when they told me this. This proves my theory was right, that they didn%u2019t do anything with my passport and paperwork that it was sitting on the desk according to John) Curlon and John should get there lies straight) and was able to be overnighted back to me. At this point I had to beg and plead for a call back with a tracking number as proof that it was sent. I encourage anyone that views this website or is considering to use this company to, please write a response to this review and I have a company that has jumped through hoops to get this done for me in 1 day. There is so much more that needs to be told about this company and I would be gladly and happy to tell anyone this story and the amount of stress this company has put me and my family through. I plan on writing reviews about this company on any website that they are affilated with and tell anyone this story that would like to hear. I also plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and the Brazilian Consulate. These people are liars! Be careful.... Oh yeah and if I Missed my flight it is going to cost me over $8,000 from there negligence. The only nice thing that I can say about them is that after all they did refund my money, maybe still haven't seen it be credited yet. Oh yeah read there mission statement its a joke! Thank you, Provisa.
