Serving cats and dogs in the comfort of their own homes.
Adam Behrens, VMD seeks to provide the highest level of primary care and customer service in the comfort of your home. Responsive follow-up consultations are provided by email and phone. Referral for specialty care is also available.
Dr. Behrens offers veterinary services for cats and dogs. We cater to the individual needs of each patient and client. This is something that is often missing in the hectic clinic setting of many busy hospitals. Our goal is to provide personal service in a less stressful environment.
The overwhelming majority of visits to a primary care veterinarian can easily be accomplished outside of the hospital setting. And a number of services, such as humane euthanasia, are best provided at home.

Appointments
Appointments are available weekdays and can be scheduled for your convenience.
Dr. Behrens will come to your home with or without a technician, as your needs dictate.
We recommend that all existing veterinary records be sent by email or fax prior to the appointment. This will allow Dr. Behrens to be best prepared for your housecall.
Some pets are very outgoing with visitors. Others, especially sick cats, may hide under furniture. To make the most of your visit, it is recommended that these pets be enticed into a comfortable, enclosed space prior to the scheduled appointment. Mood lighting, treats, and play are encouraged to set the right mood.
