  Suki's Bridal is a RIP off!

I put A prom dress on lay-a-way and put 200.00 down, the day before prom my Daughter's boyfriend broke up with her and she found out that he was taking someone eles... My Daughter was heart broken! I ask if we could get our money back and I was told no. I ask why not and Suki told me that we had actually "bought" the dress and she would not refund my money. she then told me I was rude and hung up on me... I can understand not being able to refund my money 100% charge me a restocking fee, that would be fair.. This Woman is so rude and would not even come to any kind of agreement with me, I even ask if we could apply the money to something eles in the store, so we would not just lose our money all together,yet again the answer was NO. I was told she would extend the lay-a-way for 60 more days. By the way the dress is 600.000. I am not going to spend 600.00 on a dress that will never be worn. This Lady was so happy to take my money! Where is your Customer Service? The recept says "We love our Customers" I beg to differ. This is a small town and word does get around. We were also told that this dress was the ONLY ONE in Southeast Texas, well a girl at Bridge City prom had the same one! Buyer beware, Sukis will steal your money, they are rude and do nothing to try and help with a problem. Listin up SUKI!!!! WE THE "CUSTOMERS" ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE KEPT YOU IN BUSSINESS AND THE ONES THAT KEEP YOU THERE! TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! P.S. She does not deserve the one star I just gave her, but I was unable to proceed with this review intill I selected a star!
